Quantitative Research has revealed that One Bernam’s entry price will be extremely attractive

Developers MCC Land and Hao Yuan Investment managed to snag this piece of prime land in District 2 at lower land cost than neighbouring projects according to historical data. This allows them to then pass on cost savings to consumers, with an estimated starting price of $25xx PSF.
